Haiz... after 2 outfields. Im seriously starting to doubt my leadership. This appointment i have is so called incharge of the whole vehicle when im in ops. "crane commander" or rather Raft Commander 2nd in command. When other rig coms do things wrongly, my men will comment, but when i do it wrongly they just say "its okie". I seriously wonder, "is it really ok?" Have been constantly thinking about this issue for weeks i tell you.

I seriously think that the mistakes done during outfield was UNFORGIVABLE. Haiz, it was so embarassing on my part. I understand other peeps committed the same mistake but they didnt really bother like me. Haiz, i hope im not thinking too much over such a small issue. But come to think of it, it reflects my ability, my leadership and many more. Sigh, i really hope things will turn out better and i will learn from all these silly mistakes i committed during outfield.

Apart from that, my temper was all time high when im at outfield. Haiz, just hope my men will allow me to learn from my mistakes and be a better leader.

I took leave on Friday with the rest of the other 2 sect coms, to seriously rest from the nonsense and hectic shedule i or rather we have in camp but to no avail: i received countless calls regarding about work. ahhhh, seriously wadva. Too pissed off to mentioned what happened the day before regarding work.

Anywayz, on Friday itself met up with Mike and aloy at starbucks. Cant believe we actually spent 5 hrs of chatting. omg... hahaa that much to catch up after soooooo longggggg. Last met them during ndp when i saw them doing their own stuff. Yea, and so i saw michael's imported iphone. argh, seriously saving $$$$ to own that piece of gadget once i ord!

Cant wait for Oct and Nov to pass, coz these are the 2 hectic months in preparation for Dec exercise before my men ord. Counting down!

*clears throat* close to no voice after yesterday's drink at zouk. those shots really burnt my throat.
